It's a very good movie! I think the story/message of this adaptation was well chosen and the film was built very well around it. I also really liked the great majority of performances, which included a couple of surprises, and a couple of "well, of course they're great" nods. I can't, however, find a valid reason for the story change for polyphemus and I thought the stylistic choices were sorely lacking.

hay algo especial en ver una película de terror crear un ambiente tan terrible en un pueblo de casas blancas español en verano. está grabada y editada fantásticamente.  la muerte de nuestra protagonista… inesperada y desgarradora.  desgraciadamente, a veces le cuesta mantener un ritmo estable.

an absolute delight! great twist! fun performances! yay!
