so my friend is a dungeon master. he runs these insane multi session homebrew campaigns set in/around the backrooms. so obviously he’s fucking stoked for this. he got nearly every person he’s run these campaigns with to go see it which I think is just awesome of him. Shoutout michael campion movie was cool! Insane set design. Kinda lost me once you saw the scary monster. The unnerving tension of the unknown was definitely the strong suit. Found footage segments ripped. it really drags unfortunately but I think it’s a solid start to this guys career  tbh I spent the entire time thinking about how fucking horrifying obsession was

I haven’t seen a horror movie that has left a genuine tightness in my chest in so long. Fucking amazing
