Maybe I’m blinded for my love of Marvel but i adore this film. The buildup for this from all Marvel films pays off so well and it work great. The Russo Brothers have this skill of being able to have this huge cast and are able to make a great story w them and each character feels like they have a reason why they are there. The character interaction in this film is amazing. When Strange gave Tony that wink of boasting at the start I knew that they were paired great together. Made me want an Illuminati group though. That whole Titan group works great together and have some of the best lines in this film. The comedy in this works well too. It doesn’t feel forced like some mcu movies but feels like something the characters would naturally say. My favourite joke has to be the ‘ I am Steve Rodgers’.  Thanos was such an amazing villain to watch. All his dialogue was intriguing. U can see his motivation for why he is doing what he is but u also see how insane it is. Josh Brolin somehow shows great emotion through a CGI purple guy. His and Gamora scenes are some of my favourite in this movie. Zoe Saldaña pulls off a fantastic performance in this. In that Vormir scene u feel the emotions from both characters amazingly.  I thought Thor in this movie was done amazingly. The open is so strong and killing Loki was a strong choice. Thors path of vengeance is my favourite version of Thor. Chris Hemsworth deserves credit for his role in this.  The best part has to be the action tho. The fights in this are some of the best in the MCU. The Dr Strange and Thanos fight is one of my favourite fights oat. If only it lasted longer. The Titan fight is my favourite as the use of the stones power is so cool to watch and the sling ring use too. Thors entrance feels heavy too and works so well. Then the ending with Vision and Wanda is heartbreaking. This whole movie is a wonder and my only con is Hulk.  This movie could have gone so badly but was the best in the MCU. This is why they trusted Doomsday to the Russo Brothers.

This movie deserves its praise and more. I love the plot in this film. It deals with so much lore of the Wakandans and isolation vs intervention. It was such an interesting plot to go throught when watching which does then also get put into a superhero movie. Killmonger is such an interesting antagonist in this as it shows the product of wankandan failures but also a kid who grew up in a harsh environment with parents who were killed. Chadwick Boseman delivers in this film especially when he goes into the Ancestral Plane for the second time. Coogler shoots some amazing shots of Wakanda mainly when we first see it. The fights are choreographed so well and flow amazingly. I loved W’kabi as he was a sidekick for a villain but u can see his reasoning. I think Coogler always is able to make these villians but not make them just evil for the sake of evil. They always have reasons or are representing something.  The only complaint with this whole film is the pacing in it feels off. It take like an hour and 17 mins to get to the second act and then u have an hour to get it all done. I think the first act could have been shortened. But that is a very minor complaint of mine.  I also will say they shouldve used Angela Basset more but that is just cause how good she is.

This movie set up Love and Thunder but idc because it is so awesome. I love Cate Blanchett as Hela. She steals every scene shes in. She is menacing and is still able to hit every single comdic note in this film. Tom Hiddelston is great as Loki as usual. I liked his and Thirs relationship a lot in this film. Heimdall was improved so much here too. He was made into much more interesting with him protecting the Asgardians. Many of the shots in this are beautiful for example when Hela awoke her dead army, any shot of Asgard really, and Thor power up scene. That needledrop in that scene was phenomenal. I also really enjoy valkyrie in this. That shot when they were ready to fight Hela was extraordinary. I also enjoy Hulk in this too.  One thing i despise is Korg. I hate Korg. Every joke that came out of him was terrible. Like why is he making a joke while Ragnarok is occurring like it was so stupid. I also feel weird about Thor in this. He is quite goid in the movie and i like his journey but it felt so different to the Thor we have been following. Like I quite liked the take on him but it just felt weird.  Overall though, I quite enjoyed the film.

The quicksilver scene is the only thing going for this movie. And Erik. Rip his family. I have so much bad for this movie. Apocolypse being just so uninteresting and his horsemen except Magneto being huge characters that are reduced to nothing. Angel and Storm done dirty. At least it had Nightcrawler ig.
