Prisoners
[ π£ππ₯ππππ§ β’ 10 (#4) ]Β I love how themes of justice, morality and the psychological toll of trauma are depicted in such a sinister way. The cinematography is stunning - moody and atmospheric, evoking a haunting sense of dread that complements the movie flawlessly. Outstanding, intense performances, an all-time favourite screenplay that is tightly written, and realistic tension with a more grounded, psychological suspense that feels disturbingly real.Β
