This movie is unbelievably beautiful even for today’s standards and I would kill to watch this at the time it was released cause I can’t imagine how life changing it would be. I think this easily is one of my favorite visuals for a movie. Every scene is so beautifully composed with such vivid and bright colors. I would love to see this in the theaters😢 Please… Someone show it near me. The use of green particularly stood out to me. I’m so in love with green in films… Wow. The plot is so engaging and fun to follow along with. Scottie is such a strange character, I hate him so bad. Truly a miracle how he had two bad bitches that wanted him. His obsession with Madeleine is so haunting and the final scene really shocked me. He’s so obsessed with this facade of her that he’s willing to sacrifice what’s real for just another moment to prolong this fantasy. I love the effects used with the heights and the lighting in the tower. Almost consistently the pair was separated by a pole or the shadows and the contrast was soo pretty
