honestly just a great movie musical it made me so emotional and it’s full of bangers i love the concept and honestly just an amazing watch

no wonder why they fucking call it super bad this movie is so funny and PAINFULLY mediocre all the jokes are unfunny and i had to quit with 45 minutes in because of the shitty EVERYTHING. the conflict is stupid the characters are stupid the whole plot is stupid the jokes are stupid and it sucks so badly i can’t even describe how much i hate this movie the only thing stopping me from hating this movie is because of how iconic the characters are but even then evan’s a pussy fogal is the only decent-ish person but even then he’s boring asf and seth wants to rape a girl and they’re all perverted freaks who are INCELS.

i finally understand the hype jackie chan is my favorite part about this movie and even though the jokes never had me full on belly laugh they did give me a good chuckle or laugh here and there plus the music is amazing and the exchange in each others cultures is just something that i love so much about this movie honestly worth it jackie’s and carters relationship warms my heart so much their dynamic is so funny and charming ALSO the behind the scenes is hilarious

i still relate to pattie sooooo much in this movie. simon is honestly so romantic in this movie and it just makes me think about relationships and love as a whole. their dynamic is so perfect pop punk x riot grrl is such a perfect match. i love how simon loves pattie unconditionally. plus the way pattie is portrayed in the movie even though her disability isn’t told is such a respectful and relatable adaptation that more films should do. they don’t depict pattie as slow just gullible and they even show that pattie isn’t a kid because of her disability. shes an adult who works and has sex with her hot music boyfriend. idk i just love this movie soooo much
