Rocky
This movie is one of the few times where the highest point of the main character's journey isn't a victory. He loses the fight yet it's the biggest moment in Rocky's life.
Great acting from everyone
This movie is THE underdog story.
A rather simple plot but it doesn't overstay its welcome
A really good score by Bill Conti, whether it "Gonna Fly Now" or "Going the Distance", it all hits
The training montage to end all training montages. A scene so iconic and good that it's still referenced to this day.
Overall if I could describe Rocky as a meal/food:
Awesome sauce
