I like it. picasso. but no fr this was so sick i'm obsessed. definitely up there for me with the best of this new wave of female led horror. those performances were insane. dacre is phenomenal and sickening. barbie was utterly perfect. i'm in awe. as someone who experienced r/eyeblech this was entirely too real kinda wanna watch the og faces now but idk the premise of this movie is kinda fuck that movie

"it felt good to bleed. to feel pain." this was really sweet. it's been on my list for ages and I expected to like it but it honestly exceeded my expectations. definitely a study of humanity and what that means. but also just a sappy romance which i've been eating up lately. #notlikeotherzombies

ari aster has had me in a chokehold since childhood

definitely not my favorite from the franchise, but it's still an evil dead movie so legally it can't be that bad. I agree with the criticism i've heard that the characters are not super compelling but alice is a badass! also one of my favorite transitions in cinema history tbh. loved the bloody make out sesh that was sick. and i'd disagree that it's any more brutal than the previous films. looking forward to more.
