Went to special one off screening at an indie cinema, which is always the best way to experience a film - incredibly nostalgic for the 90s/00s. The plot, the vibes, the dark themes, the dialogue is simply perfect. I felt like the pacing of the theatrical cut compared to the directors cut is much slower (I saw the directors cut a month prior). The character design of Frank is nothing short of iconic and the entire plot is so captivating and original. I was also shocked that Drew Barrymore was an exec on the film so definitely worth a watch is you’re a fan of her behind the screen work.
