Blade Runner 2049
"Pain reminds you the joy you felt was real. More joy, then! Do not be afraid."
Blade Runner 2049 is the sequel to the 1982 classic with a sequel that surpasses its predecessor in every way: Ryan Gosling gives one of his best performances, the narrative is clearer, its characters more interesting and the visuals are impressive.
A slow film but it is normal for such an introspective Neo-Noir, with risky shots due to their speed, interesting transitions and cuts, and very intelligent use of VFX.
