I really enjoyed the first half of this movie. The animation along with the music was just perfect. It was just pleasant to the ears and the eyes. Then after the break in the movie I just didn’t feel as charmed as I did with the first half. It wasn’t bad but the beginning was just so good. I didn’t know they had it like this in the 1940s so I’m really impressed with what I watched.

I picked this movie because I liked the poster. Never heard of it but I just got the urge to watch it. This is nothing inventive but it’s also not bad. Pretty generic but there’s only so much you can do with your whole antagonist being a blob. But for being from 1988 I will give it more credit because it was probably better at the time.

A classic Chicano movie. This film shows not just the life of the characters but the lifestyle of chicanos and East LA. I loved the nightlife scene in this movie. The atmosphere this movie really brought you to East LA. Not to mention the cars that were amazing to see. The plot of this movie could have had some revamps but overall other than that this movie is pretty good.

I was expecting more food in this movie. Little did I know it was a romcom about two people who are on completely different spectrums.  It’s kinda funny and just enjoyable to watch. Not the most unique movie your gonna watch but it’s pretty good at doing what it should.
