The Batman

i was craving for a good batman for ages, man! no one understands how much joy it brought me seeing bruce all disheveled, depressed, looking like a wet cat trying to solve the crimes. the fact that his eye makeup stays on, we see how he applies it, him always getting beat up - man this is my batman and i’ve never been happier the story was so so good to me, i was on the hook the entire time. dano’s riddler is one of a kind, he nailed that role. seeing his transformation, learning all the stuff about the corruption of gotham, it was great :’) there is so much more i want to say but for now i’m just way too giddy the scene where bats leads the people through water with a smoke signal? engraved into my brain FOREVER
