My Dinner with Andre

I can’t describe the feeling I was left with after this film, this is one of the only movies where I just sat and stared through the credits. I find myself drawing comparisons to another one of my favorite works of art, the persona series. Both this film and that series blend ideas of who to spend you time with, truth, the masks we put on, and how to truly live. This is truly one of the most brilliant pieces of dialogue ever constructed. I tend to agree with Andre on most things but when thinking about it, in that situation, who would I be? Would I be either? Does it really even matter? When will I have my dinner with Andre.
