Alien

I mean it’s Jaws in Space and that fucking rules. Love the tension building, truly done to perfection. The first hour is really really slow but in a great way. Weaver is perfect, I don’t know another actress in 1979 that would have been able to pull this role off. Hurts is also really good, the whole cast really. The only thing holding it back from being perfect to me is the first hour. Sometimes it feels like a chore to get through. But overall such a great flick. 97/100
