— there’s something that no one seems to understand. she wasn't some monster, she was just a girl… carrie did nothing wrong. the amount of verbal and physical abuse she experienced is so sad. she was literally sixteen-years-old getting beaten by her mother behind closed doors and tormented by her peers. she could only endure so much, until she flipped, and they deserved every bit of the punishment carrie gave them. i love her so much and will defend her with my life.
