Dìdi (弟弟)
Watching Didi felt like looking into a mirror I didn’t know existed.
This film is very personal to me. The way it shows family relationships, the small moments, the emotions that are often left unsaid it all feels so real. It reminds me of my own life, my own home. Not everything is perfect, but that’s what makes it meaningful.
What touched me the most is how the film shows love in a quiet way. Not through big words, but through simple actions, misunderstandings, and sacrifices. It made me realize that sometimes, the people closest to us don’t always know how to express their feelings but that doesn’t mean they don’t care.
There were moments when I felt emotional, because I saw parts of myself in the characters. Their struggles, their thoughts, even their silence it all felt familiar. It’s like the film understands things I can’t always explain.
Didi is not just a movie for me. It feels like a piece of my own story. And that’s why it stays in my heart even after it ends.
