I want to enjoy life while I'm still young enough to appreciate it. I mean, that's what it's all about, right?” ⋆౨ৎ˚⟡˖ ࣪* gregg araki is a master of creating characters for those who aren’t usually seen. he makes such intricate and uncomfortable characters i genuinely will never stop applauding him for that. for example, andy. i see myself in andy SO MUCH. like top 3 *me core *characters of all time (for better or for worse). i will never stop being immersed in araki’s worlds. he is truly a storyteller of the times. even if his films are not for everyone, they’re for me. i love the main cast of characters in this movie. they’re all so special in their own ways and you notice that more once you zoom in on them. all of them are equally important to the plot even if it is more subtle at times. this is what every gay friendgroup thinks they are. i mean, it’s close, but the ones today are way less cool.

i need more tanned scrawny human nick wilde fanart STAT!!!!!!!

> *“cause i’m a punkrocker, yes i am!” ⋆⸝༘𝄞⨾𓍢ִ༄ ࿔𓈒˚ *remember when this movie first came out and everyone wasn’t evil for like two weeks because they were all trying to become superman? i think we as a society need that again. i can look past all of this film’s flaws because it just makes you feel good. i had the biggest smile on my face at the end i felt like a cornball but it’s genuinely so good, coming from someone who doesn’t like superhero movies. superman you are the best superhero don’t let the people trying to be different get you down.

one of those movies where you have no idea what’s going on at first, then you put it together and you lowkey feel like a genius. this movie is SO AMAZING and got robbed at the oscars to be honest. i truly felt like i was transported to another world in a way most movies cant. i also can’t wait to see more of wagner moura, his performance in this was the best i’ve seen this year
