I like watching people suffer in films cuz it makes me feel my life is happier in comparison :-) 👍

Sequel that is unxpectedly as good as the original, but for different reasons. I expected to watch a mother-off led by Miranda Priestly with her usual scathing one-liners. Instead, this film had much to say about how the once-vaunted media/publishing industry has been reduced by capitalism to a state of constant survival mode. Where page views determine job security, ad revenue ensures space, and mergers/acquisitions mean mass layoffs. It is humbling to watch Miranda shrink down in the face of market forces, but it is how it is. I'm surprised the filmmakers somehow managed to give even the journalism industry a fairy-tale ending, but everything else up to the beginning of the third act is a photorealistic depiction of how everything works behind the scenes.

Not bad but the trailer marketed it as something else altogether. Came here to be scared not sad

Hindi masyadong na-develop yung relationships ni Iliac with his family so there was pretty much no emotional impact by the film's ending. Otherwise a good example of paralellism but that's as much credit as I'll give

Quirky lang
