Nosferatu

This is pure atmosphere—grotesque and beautiful in equal measure. A masterclass in lighting, costuming, and discomfort. It didn’t lean into gothic romance the way some Dracula adaptations do (and I missed that), but it’s still unforgettable. Bill Skarsgård is genuinely terrifying as Orlok. I hated him. I was in awe of him. I will absolutely be adding this to my annual Halloween watchlist.
