Superman
This movie has something—a heart, a conscience, a soul. I adored the messaging: that there's no such thing as an “illegal alien,” that it’s punk rock to care. It’s anti-war. Anti-genocide. Pro-humanity. The story drops you into a lore web you’re never quite caught up with, but the emotional beats land. The interview scene with Lois made me furious—in the best way. “People were going to die!” Yes. That’s the point. He’s not playing politics—he’s saving people. And the scene with his dad? Gut punch. I love when superheroes still have good parents.
