3 hours just flew by and I didn’t even realize.
Robert De Niro as Ace and Joe Pesci as Nicky were insane — especially Pesci, bro was just pure chaos on screen. The acting slightly stands above everything, even though everything else is top tier.
That phone scene with Ginger where Ace overhears… the tension there was crazy. No action, no shouting, still felt intense.
It’s one of those movies where you just watch everything slowly fall apart and can’t do anything about it.
Definitely rewatching this.
