The Queen's Gambit

This was a pretty great show!! I was going to watch some 3 hour long epic from the 60s last night, but then I impulsively decided to watch this and I am not disappointed whatsoever. Anya Taylor-Joy was absolutely fantastic and I loved Thomas Brodie-Sangster!! I loved the music, cinematography, editing, and overall vibe of the show. It was really fun to watch and I greatly enjoyed delving into the world of chess. It was so satisfying to watch and I am in love with the finale!!!! I really liked how they showed Beth struggle with her addictions and how she overcame them in one way or another. She might not have made the right choices all the time, but she still succeeded in the end!! Also, when Alma died, I WAS SO SAD!!! Anyway, Anya Taylor-Joy for real ate and left NO crumbs, she is the QUEEN of chess. The fact she made chess intense and entertaining is astonishing, I love this show and I love Anya!!!
