georges bataille x yukio mishima for the contemporary age, except the unity of sex with pen and sword is replaced with its unity with uh camera and car. the scene of vaughan and catherine having sex in the car wash is so goated. i hope that wasn’t a real chihuahua in the part where they drive by the car accidents (also goated). also this movie is lowkey fascist (no i will not explain)
