An epic of epic proportions... It really is such a gift when a movie spares no casting decision. So many amazing performances in the film, yet I think my favorite shot came from arguably a small role; when Odisseous strings and sounds his bow, Robert Pattinson's reaction sets the entire scene for me. Something that could have been lost in the script so easily but Nolan and his group don't settle for anything but perfection at this point. The Odyssey has undoubtedly made its way into my yearly Nolan rewatch list.

I honestly don't think I can rate anything with Brett Goldstein under a 7/10 . I also need to start a category called "Elevated Hallmark Movies" and this will be my first pick.

Probably the most specific war movie I've seen... But this is likely a testament to how any story well told and well acted can be truly enjoyable to watch.
