This film is easily my favorite horror movie of the year, Dave Franco and Alison Brie were so good in this movie sharing that real life marriage chemistry they have. To my surprise it had a lot of splashes of comedy which they executed very well. Cinematography was OUTSTANDING the static shots the framing the color some of the scenes had just such creative angles and visions behind them and I am all for it. Story-wise besides the script controversy I found it really sweet with a lot of beautiful full circle moments, the horror aspect was great nice jumpscares amazing suspense and DISGUSTING body horror (in a good way of course) definitely recommend this film.
