Not as good as I expected. I only liked Mr. Terrific and Green Lantern

This shit is horrible, I refuse to accept that this is the continuation of Pearl and X. My problem with this which I consider totally valid is that there’s too many fucking characters and too many fucking in general. Don’t get me wrong, I love Giancarlo Esposito, but I think that we didn’t need some menace lawyer that appears 3 times throughout the movie and tends to solve a big problem. Also who the fuck even cared for the Puritan movie plot line, seriously? I mean yeah sure, she’s a pornstar that is trying to take a different route before “expiring” in the industry she’s in, but I genuinely did not care, COULD NOT care. Why do you keep introducing new characters if they’re gonna die 5 seconds later? The serial killer’s Nicholas Cage Spider Noir looking ahh just doesn’t even feel natural as the main threat in the sequel of the previous movies. Like, seriously? Jack the ripper type of killer in 80’s in the US? I feel like the director also had zero idea where this was going to and pulled the oldest trick in the book by using the “most unexpected” (yeah sure) character to turn out to be them, their dad. I could use this “plot-twist” as a sleeping pill for how boring it is. Just to be clear, I am not hating on Mia Goth or anyone else from the cast, it’s just that the story is shit and totally pointless. It uses the sex—>boring flashbacks—>filler scenes—>gore (or other shock content) formula. I had my hopes up before watching this movie because of the previous 2, I am so disappointed.
