The number entry is exactly how I feel about this film 3/5 it’s decent while I blame the scary amount of rewrites while in production it still gives us some good kills amazing suspects and thrills in the movie. There are still some stuff in the film that I just CANT get over I won’t get into that but I still found enjoyment.

Self aware of faulty sequels within cinema particularly horror films. Micky does point out the fair amount of times sequels surpass its predecessors. Unfortunately this isn’t one of those films but none the less a good step forward after the success of the first continuing the story of Sidney Prescott and her expanding and very complicated world.

I will never get over that this is Wes cravens last piece of work :( fantastic new characters as well as our legacy characters being well themselves while obviously evolved you still get the feeling of nostalgia but with fresh faces fresh motives and excellent kills and story beat for beat. I suppose this was a proper close to a directors amazing legacy.
