Movies are a lot like like the Triple Dipper at Chilis I *love *the Triple Dipper at Chilis. Not a paid ad from Chilis (yet...)

Everything you're hearing is true: this is an emotional freight train of a film. A wolloping recounting of a tumultuous time, as well as a reminder that recounting itself is an act fraught with missing pieces and inaccuracies, let alone the things you shut out to avoid confronting the nastier memories. It's not all ruins, and there is a brightness and comfort in memory as well. It's beautiful, really. Yeah, just watch it, even beyond the narrative is artfully shot, and how it plays with time, as well as his it dispatches is story are the things that remind you why film is so unique as a storytelling medium. Incredible debut feature.

DOUG WALKER: *A Brat Credit Card?!* Cool that this got made, not sure how well it works, but its a fun way to deconstruct your own highest point in fame, while living in that time.

Really dug the more maximalist stuff at the beginning of this, and obviously found the ending extremely poignant and relevant. Mostly enjoyed the middle, but it slowed down the crazy momentum this was riding, and its scattered plot didn't help with this. Still, so much exciting stuff here, I definitely need to check out more of Lapid's work.

Cute, doesnt quite hit that *Paddington *itch, but it works surprisingly well and the visual effects are pretty good! Never feels saccharine, and the heftier moments work quite well.
