The Fallout

the scene w/ vada and her sister in vada’s bed opening up and crying, I was SOBBING. the whole movie every time vada pushed her sister away it broke my heart and that scene was the perfect culmination of their relationship for the movie. as someone with a younger sister, it really hit close to home. the acting in this movie is great across the board, and I loved vada & Mia’s chemistry. Jenna Ortega performance is the obvious highlight of the movie for me. I also love the way the movie was shot & the dialogue felt mostly realistic to how teenagers actually speak which is something I really appreciate in a movie.
