I'm impressed na the nostalgia wasn't really used to just get the hearts of the people. I'm glad may coming-of-age movie for Filipino teenagers that's actually relatable to the Filipino experience. I will admit na I did not see my childhood as interesting and I haven't been in the exact shoes these characters have. But I still broke down because I have heard stories similar to the stories portrayed in the film and sometimes it's heartbreaking or heartwarming. You could also see the passion and intention behind every highlight included within the film.
