Marty Supreme

America lives and dies by our best and worst qualities. One that seems to straddle both sides is our fear of an end, the desire to keep going, and most importantly, to never give up. We will chase the highest mountains, and swim the longest streams, but we will also lead ourselves into committing mistake after scam after atrocity in order to get what we want. In a world that is now so scared of failure that it pushes up the biggest failures amongst us into positions of power, even the highest office in the land, it doesn't hurt to take a few lessons from Marty Mauser. And perhaps anyone can learn something from the terrifying, powerful, overwhelming film that is Marty Supreme. Give Timotheé his Oscar already.
