Where to begin with this omg WHAT A MASTERPIECE TBH  Well I would like to begin with ending (spoilers) cause omg I just finished watching it and im traumatized, like i have so many questions like the dad stayed with the mom out of love or fear?. But anyways with that ending a lot of things click instantly like why they didn’t allowed them to eat meat, just mind blowing for me tbh  Also the story itself it’s so obviously fucked but at the same time so intriguing and intelligent and exciting in some way, I loved the body horror they used in this, I mean all the gore and everything, cause tbh I think the subject of cannibalism has become so mediático recently and everyone it’s trying to romanticize it, and that’s fucked honestly, but that’s why I liked this film, that it wasn’t afraid to show the things how and as they are. This was just so fucked in a sort of funny and heartfelt way it’s just FUCKED  Also big shoutout to Julia Ducournau  cause that bitch has been able to take away my sleep for the second time this year 🫡
