Oldboy

Now personally I find it a stretch to call it one of the best or the best movie twists of all time. I do think it’s amazingly written and layed out coupled with Choi Min-Sik’s phenomenal acting glues me to the screen. It was indeed pretty insane. An absolutely insane revenge story. That whole scene in the penthouse was actual insanity. This film is just so interesting and odd it draws you in. That twist was disgusting. I understand he blames him and shit but he actually did what he was accused of and he made Dae-su do it. Weird as fuck but he made a great antagonist. I saw the twist coming but when layed out it was still crazy. Revenge and hate can truly destroy all. And that fight scene in the hallway with the hammer. It was so good. “Even though I’m no better than a beast, don’t I deserve to live?”
