Watching with my dad was great because he told me exactly which people are dead and which ones are Canadians. I wish there were more puppet jokes though, I wanted to see them in compromising positions 😞 Also, that ugly ass suit jacket that Cooper Hoffman wears is something I personally really need to own for my wardrobe

I wasn’t expecting this to be such a genuinely good romcom, especially because the first 25 minutes (where Jay was lowkey behaving like a serial killer) are pretty painful icl.  Many of the words that came out of Jonathan Groff’s mouth gave me second hand embarrassment omgggg, I don’t trust the people calling him charming in this, he was so strange and off putting 😭 But! Once the plot starts focusing on the family drama, it gets so good. 😼 I need to rewatch with my mom, she would enjoy this
