it was bad BAD the 2 stars and heart are going to drew starkey and drew starkey only

imagine fighting with every part of yourself to stay you, imagine knowing something is wrong, trying to resist it over and over again, only to slowly lose every piece of yourself until theres nothing left to fight with, thats the real horror to me, not the curse itself but the way it strips away your autonomy so quietly that one day youre still breathing still smiling still saying i love you except none of those things belong to you anymore. theres something so devastating about watching someone lose their free will in slow motion, nikki wasn’t just cursed, she was erased, every little moment where she tried to hold onto herself felt like watching someone drown while reaching for the surface and eventually she just couldn’t anymore not because she gave up but because there was no her left to keep fighting and bear i dont even know if you loved her as much as you claimed you did, why was her love only worth having when it wasn’t hers to give? if you were too afraid to tell her how you felt, then live with that, be brave enough to confess or be brave enough to move on but dont rewrite someone’s entire existence because you were too much of a coward to face rejection, love is supposed to be a choice, the second you take away that choice youre not asking to be loved anymore, youre asking to be obeyed and this movie lowkey a sad one instead of horror because nikki never got to choose she didnt choose to stay she didnt choose to love him she didnt choose to lose herself all of those choices were stolen from her by someone who kept calling it love, im grieving someone who never technically died and i'll never forgive bear for that
