Aladdin
This is why Aladdin is one of the best, or the best Disney movies of all time:
The Disney princesses movie has Aladdin as the main character, a simple thief with a good heart and quite humble and good person. This is already a big radical difference since almost all other Disney movies focus on the princess, and not the future prince.
In addition to Aladdin, a super charismatic character that exceeds any expectations as a main character (and I don't usually like main characters), the film also has the following characteristic characters:
— Jasmine: The best Disney princess (unpopular opinion), who is about to get married but being quite intelligent and knowing what she wants, rejects all her suitors in search of true love.
— Jafar: It's not one of my Disney villains, however it also proposes very exciting scenes, being the king's hand, and also the person who controls his decisions. He does a good job, though it's quite scary when he refers to Jasmine for sexual favors (not explicit), given that she's only sixteen.
— Genie: A very funny genie from the lamp that brings that great presence of domestic and dramatic relief to the film, and with his powers he brings a great color to the film, in addition to proposing the funniest scenes.
— Sultan: Something innovative, because the father who wants more than anything for his daughter's marriage to protect her, is seen not as a severe and cold person but as someone cute and with heart. He also completes the comic relief and despite his dubious intentions on some lines, he's a good scene-stealing character.
— Iago, Abu & Rajah: the three classic animal friends from disney movies that each with their personality completes one of the characters in the movie, being a representation of these, completing them
Around all the characters is surrounded the interesting plot of the young Aladdin who finds a magic lamp where he has the genie that can grant him three wishes with some conditions(ICONIC!). And it is being sly and ingenious to trick the genius to have more desires in some scenes, which shows a very dynamic and funny relationship between the two characters.
With these desires, Ali does everything to conquer Princess Jasmine, a very difficult task, but with some good lies he ends up achieving (in his own way) and in seeming something forced, because instead of a conquest, the passion left both of them. likewise:
Therefore, the movie Aladdin in a strong color palette and a very original plot, brings out a movie where through the funny and lying mind of a thief, one sees the kindness that is the virtue of a true prince, and with very good as Prince Ali & A Whole New World, the film is a landmark in world culture.
