Iron Man

Here we go 😭 I like the character of Tony Stark and the arc he goes through. Robert Downey Jr's performance really sells the wittiness and softer moments of Tony. This movie wouldn't be nearly as good without him. Plus all the tech is so impressive I wonder how they did the CGI for the suit, looks phenomenal. Some tuff camera shots, Happy Hogan is a great director. The scene were Iron Man defends the village is so fucking cool he hits the territosts like a truck in this cowboy-esque way. Another standout scene was him escaping the cave. I think a lot of MCU movies don't carry this same weight action wise, as he doesn't tell any corny jokes here. It maybe goes on a bit long and the final fight could have been better. But an amazing start to the MCU and it even works well as a standalone movie. I am Iron Man
