Before Midnight
I’m kidding and I’m not.
watching these two walk so close to each other and waiting with every ounce of anticipation for them to finally hold hands never got old.

this trilogy did an incredible job of really making me feel every way about love that every single one of their conversations described it. each just as much as the last. always having walked the line of hopeless romantic and tending to prefer the hopeless side, these movies really ushered me through viewing romance in a way i didn’t expect. it showed everything. it’s a love in media i’ve never seen before and in reality, one you are never close enough to see all of unless you’re inside of it. it’s MASTERFUL and i don’t see how it could’ve been possible in any other way than how this story was told. it’s validating and it’s terrifying and it’s all so much love. i can honestly say i’ve never cried so much at a romantic movie. i am also the only person who thinks like this (in the same kind of way that everyone is. love that for us all!) excited to keep experiencing all of it!
