Frankenstein
I already saw this movie this month, but I just had to see it again on the big screen because yes it is just that classic. The part where he throws the girl in the lake always gets me to laugh, also the way Frankenstein (the mad scientist) lands on the wind mill. There is something so classic about these 30s horror films.
The theater was so cool, I don’t think I’ve ever been to El Segundo but I might have to put this into the roto. It felt like a school auditorium, all decorated up for halloween, with the back quarter of the room a huge pipe organ. There was an organist who played some tunes and even had a sing along that got everyone laughing and singing, a very jolly event. The pipes all had glow sticks and skeletons dancing and it was quite the performance. There was then a classic looney tunes cartoon of the red monster, and a quick intermission before the movie. It was an all around good time, and a new part of the map unlocked.
