My rating scale is a tad broken so let me explain it to y’all to prove that I don’t hate movies. **0.5-2.5 **is pretty much the same for me as for everyone else. A **3 **is anything from a **6.5-8.3/4** so that will be why I have so many 3’s. A** 3.5** is an **8.4/5-8.7** A **4 **is an **8.8-9.2** A **4.5 **is a **9.3-9.7/8** A **5 **is a **9.8-10**

Watching the trailer for Pressure every cinema trip for the last at least 3 months felt like Alex in A Clockwork Orange being forced to watch shit for his rehabilitation. It was a truly terrible trailer but the result is a decent, interesting and well acted film. It’s nothing special but it’s solid enough to keep you engaged and hooked in. May possibly be the biggest surprise of the year for me because I was convinced it was gonna be a 2 or even lower

Surprisingly a decent film I was convinced it was gonna be a 2 star stinker but a really enjoyable film with 2 great performances from Gallner and Weaver, a good script and story with a satisfying and thrilling 3rd act. A huge surprise which I recommend to everyone
