About Time

About time is a film that is an essential watch in a persons life.For everyone the majority of their days can feel monotonous waking up early college study gym dinner sleep repeat. This movie teaches us that we need to enjoy these habits because suddenly everything can go tits up and all you can wish is to go back to those boring repetitive days and the essential requirement of noticing how beautiful the simple things in life are. About time is not your average rom com as the most moving relationship in this film is between Domnhall Gleeson and Bill Nighy rather than Rachel McAdams.(which shows how brilliant this film is because I would watch Rachel McAdams in anything).Gleeson and Nighy expertly encapsulated a pure relationship between a father and son that plucks the heartstrings of the viewer and can make you feel greatful in many ways for what you take for granted ,not only with your relationships but in every aspect of life. So for myself this film will not only be 5 stars but sits comfortably in my 2nd favorite film of all time.
