Nowhere

If you melt down the feelings of teenage nihilism, and splatter it with neon colors onto a canvas — you have Nowhere. This belongs in an art exhibit, these set designs are insane, so trippy, so fun, so punk rock. Felt like I was experiencing a sweet dream and nightmare, all at once. I’m usually a character-girl and didn’t really connect with anyone outside of Dark and Dingbat (perhaps that’s the point) but I sure do love a film that knows exactly what it is, unwilling to hold back, so by the time we get to that ending, I’m not surprised, welcomed it, even.
