Aftersun

I’m not sure what to write for this it’s not like many people, if anyone, are gonna see it anyway but this hit me so hard and I can’t necessarily put into words how beautiful it was. It’s absolutely heartbreaking and genuinely makes me regret how awful I am sometimes to my parents. Calum is obviously dealing with depression and it’s incredibly sad to watch how happy him and Sophie are together but there’s also moments where she pushes him away and it builds up to him just sobbing. The last 20 minutes of this movie is one of the greatest things I’ve ever seen. This fucked me up.  Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone, not one demographic or audience just anyone.
