Oldboy

Speechless. Obviously you can call out the editing, cinematography, and performances here as stellar (really everything if we’re being honest with ourselves), but the story is just unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. Crazy dark with an ending that had me sick to my stomach, but a must watch. Could not stop talking about it with my roommate for the following hours after viewing in the theater. Transcends cinema and is more akin to a great work of literature.
