Sentimental Value

Over a week late on writing this review because I had a huge Oscars backlog. Front to back excellent family drama with a great screenplay and acting. I loved the father daughter dynamic where they both had these parallel professions that were distinct yet had a lot in common. Everything clicks into place when Nora finally reads the script and the whole premise shines through as a brilliant vehicle for this story.  Plus the house is a visual treat for both framing shots in the main story and building on this family history through the decades.
