A Separation

This work of art hit me really hard. Definitely, one of the best screenplay in 21st century, the script and plot were built perfectly so every characters in the film could be either sympathetic or unsympathetic. Everyone is in their own dilema positions. The ending is suprisingly reasonable, the audience is eager to see Terhme's choice and were then suprised when the credit showed up. This masterpiece fully captures and reflects the Iranian society. I have only watched 2 Iranian films which are Close-up and this, and both use the same unique camera movement technique and stunning color grading which I think is very Iranian.
