Ballroom is such a beautiful thing the different categories and just seeing the different corners everyone’s came from to come together to celebrate life and each other, it makes me wanna cry.

This is like my 4th or 5th rewatch since I watched it the first time and I’d like to say this is somewhat of a masterpiece

I love gay men who yearn and wanna be in each others skin.

This is truly queer history and it’s so fascinating to see. From this documentary alone you can not only see how far drag as come but the queer community as a whole. How some of these men wanted to fight for our country, how black men fit into scene an existed among others. It’s all so moving to see how far the world has progressed and what we’re losing in modern day America.
