Hot Fuzz
I would genuinely just love to sit down with Edgar Wright and talk through his film making process beginning to end because how the fuck can someone come up with something this good. The dialogue is so carefully chosen, as is the dialogue in every Edgar Wright film, that you can find yourself still catching bits of foreshadowing after multiple rewatches. The editing is so intricate and fitting for the action genre while obviously still aligning with his signature style, which no other director could replicate. Everything about this film is so clever.
Ranks 2nd in the cornetto trilogy. But all 3 are notably amazing.
