Don’t know why I didn’t rate this when I finished it but the ending was so disappointing. Imagine kicking off the 24th mainline property of your franchise strong and experimental; it’s like nothing you’ve ever released. Then by the end, allowing yourself to devolve back in to the same formula you’ve been using for years now, a formula who, I for one, am incredibly worn out by. You gave the potential for greatness and just couldn’t follow through.
