Before Midnight

I watched ‘Before Midnight’ today and it was absolutely fantastic. Out of the trilogy, ‘Before Sunset’ is my all-time favorite, but I still find the entire trilogy to be incredibly impressive. This trilogy stands out as the most unique and engaging in terms of character romance. Each film strikes the perfect balance of heartbreak, with ‘Before Midnight’ offering the most beautiful portrayal of that aspect. It illustrates how life's challenges can toughen us and impact our connections. I also appreciated its message on the importance of effort and commitment in relationships. Overall, I understand why this trilogy is beloved by many. These kinds of movies might not appeal to everyone, as they lack a traditional beginning, middle, and end, and don't feature any thrilling action sequences that keep you engaged throughout. However, what they excel in are lengthy, meaningful dialogues, characters that you grow to love as the story unfolds, and stunning visuals that leave you in awe. It's the kind of film you can always count on for comfort. Combined, these three movies offer one of the most, if not the most, genuine depiction of a long-lasting relationship I've witnessed.
